Dow is going to crash.
Would you believe me??

Run... run with all your might. The fantastic years of cheap properties prices, low COE and dirt cheap junkie stocks would be with us soon. It just hasnt happen yet.

Over 1,900 Republic Poly students petition for classes to be suspended
By Lynda Hong, Channel NewsAsia Posted: 29 June 2009 1928 hrs

Its about time someone do the right thing!
H1N1 is dangerous! All classes should be suspended.

If i were the Education Minister, I'll suspend class for the rest of the year. Come back next year to re-do the modules again when its safe to do so.

Regards
Education Minister.

I was almost ashame to admit that i used to be his BIG BIG fan.

When i finally had enough money, i went out to buy his 'DANGEROUS' album. This was 4 years after it was released worldwide.
He subsequently became wierd..and i left the english pop scene behind.

For a man so talented... its a pity that he didnt become bigger than he was.

Gone Too Soon - Michael Jackson, The King of Pop.

Like A Comet
Blazing 'Cross The Evening Sky
Gone Too Soon

Like A Rainbow
Fading In The Twinkling Of An Eye
Gone Too Soon

Shiny And Sparkly
And Splendidly Bright
Here One Day
Gone One Night

Like The Loss Of Sunlight
On A Cloudy Afternoon
Gone Too Soon

Like A Castle
Built Upon A Sandy Beach
Gone Too Soon

Like A Perfect Flower
That Is Just Beyond Your Reach
Gone Too Soon

Born To Amuse, To Inspire, To Delight
Here One Day
Gone One Night

Like A Sunset
Dying With The Rising Of The Moon
Gone Too Soon

Gone Too Soon

Born To Amuse, To Inspire, To Delight Here One Day Gone One Night

It was a pity that he didnt become a Legend.

Schools to re-open as scheduled despite H1N1 situation
By S Ramesh, Channel NewsAsia Posted: 22 June 2009 1823 hrs

Overheard

Uncle 1 : Waaaa.... My grandson might not go back to school because of the pig flu.
Uncle 2 : No lah.. Sure go back. If school doesnt start, theres no reason to revise the ERP charges back to $5 on the CTE.

I did just about everything within the weekend.. or rather, just about everything that i set out to do. I still have not washed my car. Nevermind, Alfa Romeo is coming next week... sooo...

Its going to be a long week ahead. Not because theres work to do....but because its going o be filled with lectures. Lectures conducted by inhouse lecturers. Lectures who will bore me to sleep. Nevertheless, its time away from work and thats definately good.

Im off to bed now... Let me leave you with this pic that i got this afternoon.

Post no. 760

I feel really bad and lousy about myself.

Yesterday, i was talking to a couple of friends who (incidentally) have been making a killing in the stock market recently.. i realised that i am really a noob when it comes to gambling investing. In fact, after the chat, i had doubts over the way i stock pick.

I realised that i dont read papers which accordingly to them is a rich source of information on what are the potentially bullish counters and market trends. I blame this on my lousy work hours and my love for going to bed early... and me being addicted to facebooking and also my photography hobby. =(

As such, i woke up this morning and started reading every single thread on CNA website. SOmething which i havent done for ages.

I would like to sumarise the day's events in the following few pointers.

1) Airbus 330 is unsafe. This means...dont buy airbus stocks. In fact, dont buy airline stocks.
2) Brazil is a rich country. This means... we should start looking at brazil counters
3) Oil prices are going up. This means... we should buy energy counters
4) H1N1 is very much alive. This means... we should buy health care sector.

How did i do as i value investor? i feel very well informed now..

Regards
Lucky all these years.
