There used to be a team of cleaners from XYZ company who works for ABC company..

They are a very special cleaning company because they start cleaning from 7am in the morning and dont stop till 7pm.

This is different because all other cleaning companies would clean once a day and should trash appears during lunch time, it would have to wait till the next day to be cleared.

How XYZ company works is that they have rotating crews throughout the day to scout for trash and rubbish. Everytime they see one, they will clear it immediately. Eeryone in the team knew their mission and carried them out diligently and with pride.
Over time, they built a very good reputation for their bosses and owners of the company.
People knew that if they were to employ XYZ company, they would never have to worry about cleanliness issues again.

One day, out of the blue (late in the afternoon, about 6pm) a very important client from the thai kingdom (with Australia connections) came about to ABC company for visit..
The client, on seeing how clean ABC company was.. decided that he would want his multimillion offices all over Thailand and Australia to be cleaned by XYZ company and thus enquire about its services.

XYZ company got the contract easily due to its unblemished records. The company owners were very proud and would now become billionaires because of this contract.

As a result.. they rewarded the 6pm crew who were working in ABC company on that day when this Thai client with Australia connections came around to visit for their good work. In fact, they were awarded 12 months bonus and a year of leave.

Now...the question is..

Did this 6pm crew deserved it?

Did we all enjoy the Singapore Nite GP?
I know of someone who didnt. Ferrari's Massa.
In fact, i doubt anyone from Ferrari would be partying tonite. Hahah...
The pit crew simply look amaturish this evening.

If i were massa, i would have just quit driving after the oil rig incident.
No wonder Ferrari is not employing me as their race driver...
Massa, you need a Good Luck Charm.

And all you V Power User... No V Power for the price of Ron 98 next week! haha..

Alrite...

I have conquered F1. It aint such a big deal. i have moderated my expectations before i went... because i have read about the 4m high fence and as such, photography opportunities would be limited.

Nevertheless, i still went ahead because for $50...i was going to be a small part of history.. and i can hear the roar of the F1 beasts down the roads of Singapore, live.

Next year, if i have enough money, i wanna buy myself a Padlock club ticket... not only do i get to mingle with the F1 drivers... i will also get to eat the free flow of oysters available in the lounge. =p

i have quite abit of photos to sieve through...but heres a shot of my Fav team.. through the fence..

I'm never going to wait till the last moment to charge my batteries anymore.

I woke up the other day to find my charger flashing. It can only mean one thing...
My batteries aint charged. Instead of 8 batteries, i have only 4.

That aint so bad until you realise you have a top of the line 'big a**' flash. Well, in other words, im really screwed.
I have the entire morning ahead of me and only 4 fresh batteries. I contemplated to buy AA batteries but somehow, stingy me decided otherwise... Bad bad mistake...

With 4 fresh batteries, off i went to cover my 1st AD wedding shoot...

7 hours later, i realise that a Photojournalist and a Wedding Photographer can never be the same person.

A Photojournalist looks for opportunities to shoot.
A Wedding Photographer knows what to shoot...

If you hire a photojournalist to shoot your AD wedding, you will most prob spend 3 days shooting and end up with not more than a 2 dozen of photos... A wedding photographer, on the other hand will show you 5 million photos of different poses and tempt you to buy 1/2 of them...

Nevertheless, i really did enjoy the experience...although i wished i had fresh batteries for the entire day... =(

And fresh off the oven....

Photobucket

Pic 5 - Look...No flash needed. Love the sun.

Photobucket

Pic 6 - I totally love this shot. Btw, its not a 'posed' shot. Anyone whohas gotten married would know that all shots are posed. I.e your hands are placed in a certain way because it would look good in the photo.

This is a photojournalist style of shooting..

"FIA declares McLaren appeal inadmissable
No reinstatement of Belgian GP results"

For those of you who are true blue F1 Fans, many of you would have been very interested in the recent Appeal by Mclaren on Hamilton's 25sec penalty during the Belgium GP.

As a result of the penalty, Ferrari's Massa won the GP despite a so-so run.

Well, the results are out and FIA has threw out the appeal by Mclaren and as a result, Ferrari's Massa bags another Victory.

However, there is a twist in the story which not many people knows. As usual, nosey parkar me was sitting at Kopitiam below my voiddeck connecting with the ground.. when i heard the following...

Shell's Representatives : I have a Prob. You cannot let Hamilton win the Belgium GP.

FIA's Representatives : Why? Mclaren's argument was valid and we have scrutinised the video. Hamilton should be reinstated as the winner for the Belgium GP. And we are also under alot of pressure everywhere else.. We have to act positively...

Shell's Representatives : Cannot lah. Following Ferrari's victory, i have reduced the price of Shell V Power to Ron 98 price as part of the Shell-Ferrari celebration. As of now, i cannot think of ways to get the motorists to pay back the difference between Ron 98 and V Power is you void Massa's Victory..

FIA's Representatives : Oh.... alrite. We will throw out his appeal then.

Heres an unconfirmed exchange of the counselling session that happened immediately after the incident.

Teacher : Why did you indulge in such activities in the public. As students, you are obliged to study hard and score good grades.

Students : We were trying to excel in Sex Education...

SIN stands for Super Import Nites.

This is a exhibit in which heavily modified cars come together for everyone to admire. In addition, some of the major brands also bring in some models to heat up the exhibits.

Over the past 2 days...
i concluded that Singapore is filled with Horny Men. Young and Old.

First, we have those young teenagers who were going at it in a public playground.

Second, Clubsnap saw a flurry of post from individuals who went to SIN. The only prob is that i didnt get to see any cars. All i saw were girls...lots and lots of girls with big huge boobs.

On a page with 16 entries, 12 of them were SIN related.
This is getting alittle too much.

Adopted from STOMP website.

All those Sex education is doing everyone good. The teenagers now know that they cant get pregnant as long as there is no penetration. As such, they can do whatever they want...as long as they wear condom.

When i was younger... there wasnt soo much problems.
WHY?
Because we didnt have Sex Education. What we didnt know, we didnt indulge in and there were so much lesser problems. What you dont know, you wont do.

I need to have a chat with my policies makers.

Hands up those who brought big cars, big houses and went on expensive holidays over the past 2 years..
Same goes for those who boast to your friends about the fancy restaurants you went to with your colleagues at work..
They taught you how to spend... i hope they told you to save for a rainy day too.

On the same note,

Financial market turmoil led to jump in SIBOR
By Irene Chan - 938 live

They told us not to worry. The banks over here has very limited exposure to the subprime worries in other parts of the world...
Then they decided to increase SIBOR.

Im not very sure about you but i might go buy a tin of biscuits from NTUC tomorrow. Once i finish the tin, i will withdraw all my money from the banks and keep them at home.

Well, its not all doom and gloom...

Came across the following song..
This song is obviously not relevant in today's context. One Nite stands are very in nowadays.

They just wanna have fun.. =p

Just last nite i was talking to this certain colleague of mine with regards to the birth of a newborn of another colleague of mine. Lets call him A.Strong and my other colleague M.let.

=======================================================
A.Strong : Have you heard about M.let's newborn? Wanna go visit him?

Me : Why not wait till the baby shower? Hes busy with being a new father and doubt he needs our company now. He most prob more concerned with getting things in order with the new addition to the family.

A.Strong : Yaya, Excuses. You sound as if you never visited before. The baby is in the nursery most of the time. I have accompanied numerous friends and my sister previously.

Me : okie lor, you go visit. I'll wait for the baby shower.

A.Strong : Hey, im talking about you. Dont turn the matter around at me..

Me : ?? =)
========================================================

Haha...im glad that M.let has such a good friend in A.Strong.

To be frank, if i were to get 'excited' everytime a colleague of mine tells me that he has a newborn, getting married, have a new car, brought a new house or even have a fever... I'll be very very busy.
The fact is, i have quite a few friends.. last count, there were 5...

Dear friends,
Im very thick up there.. If you do indeed have a baby and need my expertise to help take care of the baby, pls explicitly say so. I'll be there, definately. =p
