Post no. 49

We all do things for a reason.

Nevermind the reason behind the reason. But my point is that we all have an agenda. Never mind the reason behind the agenda.. *i can go on and on but lets cut the story short*

Im losing it.
I cant find a reason to blog anymore.
Not when my fav blog is down and my fav blogger refuse to boot it up again. =(

He left with the following...

'Dear all,

I wanted to end this blog with that simple 'I'm sorry', but I figured I owe at least an explanation to everyone who has supported this blog in one way or the other.

The reason why I decided to terminate this blog is because the original reason for its creation and existence, is now gone. There is no point for me in continuing blogging anymore.

I'm sorry for letting everybody down, but I hope you can understand that this is something I have to do.

Regrets, Bu**le**n**e'

Babe, if you are reading this, which most prob, u are, i need a funny post. For my fans and for your most loyal fan, me. U better not disappoint.

Im tired...

GOod nite people.
I'll try to find more reasons to write soon.

Hi all..

Im back. After 10 days of trekking (in the city) in aust, yours truely is finally back in singapore. I must apologise for leaving abruptly since i didnt blog one last time before i left but thats what happens when you pack your bags 4 hours before you leave. You tend to be caught up deciding the number of underwears you will bring on the trip.

For the record, i brought 3.

Anyway..

Since i touched down last nite, i have come to realise that I, like everyone else, tends to take things for granted when its in abundance.

Im panting as i speak due to the high humidity that singapore experieces and the constant 32 degrees instead of the cool 15 degrees that i experience in aust.

Shacks.....im going to miss the cool weather in aust.

Besides that..im going to miss the following too...

1) Nothing.

HAhahahaha..... Okoki, i know im going to be cut to pieces for that since there are many aussie supporters out there even in singapore (millions of singapore students get their papers from aust every year) but frankly.....Theres really really nothing else that i miss except the weather.

And just in case anyone is interested, while in aust, i've come to realise that home (thats wherever you live, to me, its SINGAPORE) is probably the best place on earth despite the hot humid weather.

Notice that i keep empahsising on just the weather...

Brings me to wonder why many of my friends often sing praises about aust after going there for holidays or studying there for a couple of years. Some goes as far as becoming PR and staying there for good.

I could only come up with 2 conclusions...

1) Im a pampered idiot who needs someone to service my every needs (in this case, its most prob my mum. Disclaimer : The level of service has dropped drastically over the years and i have been cleaning my own room and making my own bed for as long as i remember)

2) My friends saw something in aust that i didnt...

Nvmind, to each his own. I'll blog more on what i saw in aust over the next dozen post and post as many of the approx 5000 pics that me and my friends took during the 10 days...

Till then, i think my mum is celebrating my return with the following... *another reason why i love this place....*

The following can only constitude to one thing...

Life is good....as long as im home.

Post no. 46

Hi all,

Its been awhile since i blog. Been busy. Busy with alot of other stuffs other than blogging.
Busy with knowing my rights as a blogger. So that i dun get my butt sued for comments i made on the blog.

Anyway, a friend of mine juz parted ways with his girlfriend of a long time.

How long is long? Its all relative.

A year can be a looooong time for some people.

For others, 70 years will pass without a fuss.

For him, it was 4 odd years.

Not very long but i wouldnt think its a short while too.

For him *if hes reading this*,

Hey, Its never easy for someone close to leave you but lets hope that both of you go on to better things. No point holding on if the reason that you guys that brought you all together is gone.

In life, theres up and down. Things can only get better from now on. =)

Post no. 45

After writing about being cool...
Let me write about something else.

HAs anyone ever done contineous blogging? Im not very sure but lets just assume there isnt and that im the first...

I extracted the following from a blog i stumble upon 2 secs ago and i felt that i should pass some comments on it.

Thats what happen when u have a big mouth and too many opinions that u cant keep to yourself. Since there are like 2 billion blogs out there and i dun think the writer is ST (this means that you dun have the avenue to sue my butt off), im shall not post where i got the post from...

"when your friend needs help, ask what happen then help... at least you need to know why then help... you help... dun ask why...! " :)

It kinda struck a cord in me becoz just the other day, i was blogging about how my frend, cs refuse to help me and be my referee so that i can apply for my credit cards and supplement my trip to europe and that the fact that i was kinda pissed becoz the receptionist kinda gave me a dirty look for taking so long to find a referee...

I would have appreciate it if Cs passed me his info without bothering why im needing it for but on hindsight, as discussed in my previous blog, it was a tab bit demanding for him to hand over his details without ascertaining the real reason behind it...

My stand, however, on this issue is that, if u trust that bugger enough, go ahead and give him anything u want... Trust him not to use whatever information that you have given him to your disadvantage..

Which brings me back to the paragraph above, It would be extremely dangerous to treat all friends as equal and trust them equally. Do practice discretion..

Some friend would sell you out for very small gains and you wouldnt want anything to do with these people.

Me? I'll sell anyone for a billion bucks... hahahahahaha.....Kidding. How about 2 giodan* Polo T? =(

Ahhhhhhhhhh.........

Its another hot and humid day with yours truely suffering from bouts of flu.
This is a horrible start to the holidays. Or rather, an end to my holidays. Not much left, if you understand where im coming from.

Im beginning to understand life as a ah sia kia with nothing to do but playing outdated computer games and watching TV and surfing net and reading the papers. I never really have alot of time until 5 days ago and i must say, im kinda enjoying it.

This of course lead my mind to wonder what people nowadays do to chill out and be cool... I mean, for me, its understood to have little time else for everything after attending lectures and having numerous suppers and rumble through last minute studies when exams comes but what if....

1) Im smart and i dun need so much time to study.
2) Im rich and i can afford anything i want.
3) I have so much time in the world that i need to find things to occupy my daily life.

In other words..

4) What if i juz wanna act like some silly kids who has little worries other than how to lie to my parents about needing more money to buy that assessment book for the upcoming test...

NOW NOW, dun go away thinking u can sue me for the above statement and say that im generalising everyone... Becoz if u do that, u are admitting that you belong to the above category! So, a word from Your Truely (boasting an IQ of 75), i say u juz pretend that im not talking about you and someone else... i.e, ur best buddy or ur good friend or your brother...

And now...the IN THING to do nowadays when u are bored...

1) BE COOL.

Okie, it was already the 'in' thing some 20 years ago when i was a teenager but come on! GEN Y happens to lack that little innovative-ness and decided that being cool is still cool.

How do u be cool when u belong to Gen Y?

1) DRESS COOL.

COOL. How do u do that? For the uncle and aunties and my grandpa, heres something i read from cool as can be newspaper, The STRAITS TIMES couple of days back. As usual, i must stress that ST is a cool paper and thus far they have not sued my butt off for using their articles and i would like to take this opportunity to thank them for being so cool and that im also cool with all their articles. Peace.

COOL LOOKING HUH?

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

COOL COOL COOL Huh?

Suddenly, the weather feels cooler but thats beside the point. Chk out what Gen Y is wearing nowadays. If u ask me, Its so darn cool as compared to what those bengs and lians wear during my time. Man, can u remember Versac* and Valentin* and Hunting Worl* and Giodan*.

Okie, Giodan* was for people like me. COme on, it was all that i could afford and it was much higher class than those Ultraman T-shirt my mum brought for me from Pasar Malam.... I remember the logo on the T-shirt was a Toad but it the animals was 'IN' back then and Giodan* did the right thing by adopting one.

Let me see, there was a horse (and it isnt ferrari), an elephant and a dog with a candy tail...and what else was there???

Im digressing but Giodan* was really really the closest thing that i can find that was cheap and cool. While the real brandies have colored jeans, i had colored polo T!!! And the BEst part is, im still wearing them after all these years...

Now, lets get back to what GEN Y is wearing nowadays... ARE THEY COOL OR WAT? Chk out the lines and the cuttings and the curves.......on those '6' and '9' and '3's! $3000 for a set of clothes?

Hey, thanks but no thanks. Giodan* suits me juz fine and im sure, long after these cool clothes go out of style, my mud green polo T from giodan* would still be around.

Sheese, so much for me being cool. I think i'll stick around in an aircon room...maybe that will work.

PEACE.

Post no. 43

I do realise that this is post no. 3 for today but what do you expect when u spent the entire day at home staring at the walls.

Anyway...

This must be a day of revelation becoz i juz found out that my laptop has been abused courtesy of this misalignment between its top and bottom cover. Nevermind about the exact postion but im juz grateful that its still working.

Goes to confirm that im living with some revengeful animal while keeping up with his angelic act infront of those hes trying to cheat. Oh well.. to each his own. I can only account for my own actions. Cannot always try to act hero and think for everyone else, let alone an animal.

After writing about feuding neighbours, someone up there must have decided that i have gone over the limit and decided that its time i have a feud i can call my own..

Apparently, Cs gotten wind of my 'pissed' entry and decided to hit out by telling the world the truth...

The truth that my family is not bankrupt or so he thinks and that my dad was never as rich as Mr sim or Mr Wee and also the fact that despite my current situation, i still do not need a job and a fast car, credit cards and some money to jet myself to europe for a 60 days holiday .

Well, i admit that i still have a five digit figure in my bank which will most likely last me about another 2 month or so...thats judging by my instant noodles and bread coupled with plain water (so that all the flour can expand and fill up my tummy and last me till the next day) diet. If anyone can do better with $103.56, pls email me to tell me how to do it. thanks.

Back to Cs being pissed issue cum framed issue.

After thinking about it, its really my fault.

My fault that i kinda expected too much from a friend. My fault that i shouldnt be expecting my friend to just be my referee for some lousy application form with a short 160 character msg.

My fault that i should have known that information like your address and telephone number and IC can be used for something more devilish..

My fault that i cannot be trusted to use information like those mentioned about discreetly without getting anyone into trouble..

My fault that i should have come clean with the use of the information above so that my friend can decide whether to help me anot.

My fault that i shouldnt have written the previous entry about me being pissed..

My fault that i should have written about the feuding neighbours...

My fault that i should have told the whole truth about me still being a pain in the a** rich ah sia kia but not rich enough to feud with my neighb rich so that hackers can track me down and rob me of my $103.56 the next time i do e-banking. Oh yes, i should come clean with everything on my blog... By the way, i wear a size XL underwear, i have a small butt but the reason why im wearing a size XL is becoz of that thing in front..

Shacks... What a lousy way to start a bright and chripy saturday morning!

I expect too much from the people close to me. I should expect less from them. My mum included...

What do rich people do in their free time?

Golf? Shopping trips around the world? Indulge in fanciful hobbies like stamp collecting antique collecting?

I would reckon its a combination of the above. I mean afterall, if you are rich, u can pretty do anything that you want in your own time without financial limitations.

But interestingly, the very very very rich would indulge in something that would most likely puzzle the rest of us.

Im not sure about you but they have taken to feuding with each other with equipnments like spotlights, soapy water and videocameras.

Check out what i extracted from STRAITS TIMES some time back.

The father of all feuding neighbours.

Actually, i dont really understand whats all the fuss about. I would have just whack the lights out of the offending neighbour instead of using these sissy tactics. Then again, im bankrupt so i would never understand the works of a rich man.
