"Traffic woes at checkpoints ease

SINGAPORE : Motorists headed to Malaysia on Friday had a slight respite from the traffic jams at the checkpoints resulting from the hunt for Jemaah Islamiyah fugitive Mas Selamat Kastari. "
Did they add a ERP gantry at the checkpoint??
If not, why not? Gantries will ease traffic jams.. or so they think.
