Hi all...
Over the weekend, i had my favourite prata for breakfast.
The prices of prata has risen considerably over the years. YEars ago, a egg prata would cost about 80cents. Nowadays, its $1.40! No thanks to inflation or so they say..
Nevermind the increase in price.. what i really hate are lousy pratas.
Im sure most of us have been victums of cold fried flour which some shops pass off as prata?
Yuck..
I have found out over the years that the secret to a good prata lies in the flipping and flopping of the flour. Essentially, you have to do it enough times to get enough crisppiness after cooking it.
As such... I would like to share this promising upcoming prata maker with everyone. Good things are meant to be shared....
