This song is of some significance.
Not becoz its lyrics are very meaningful... but it marks the return of Ah-Mei to her best.
About a decade ago, she burst onto the scene with her "原来你什么都不要 ?" that was followed by a few hit and miss albums. And then, she suddenly couldnt sing anymore. In fact, i cant remember when she had a decent song.
Not too long ago, she released this song... in my opinion, this is the type of songs that made her so popular in the 90s.
Well, if we keep trying, we'll get to the top again? Well, at least, Ah-Mei is living example..

Essentially, its not just about being at the top. Its about doing what you can do? And ah-mei can do so much if she stuck to main stream back then.
Just like sun yan zi. She released a album with a song titled 'I have a big house'.. Totally didnt work for me.
