All those Sex education is doing everyone good. The teenagers now know that they cant get pregnant as long as there is no penetration. As such, they can do whatever they want...as long as they wear condom.

When i was younger... there wasnt soo much problems.
WHY?
Because we didnt have Sex Education. What we didnt know, we didnt indulge in and there were so much lesser problems. What you dont know, you wont do.
