1) If its a recession.. then call it a recession. Dont patronise me with terms like 'Technical Recession'.
2) Forecast has a new synonym..
Its called betting.
3) What does the number 4 mean to you??
Its the number of times the govt has revise the GDP forecast in the past 5 months.
5-6% --> 4.5-5.5% --> 4% --> 3%
