Parents disagree with suggestion to only recruit graduate teachers

Im not sure why the parents are disagree-ing. Its a win win situation. The graduates would be able to impart the ABCs in a better and more efficient manner as compared to those non-grads.
And
We really have to do something with the large number of graduates singapore is churning out each year...

Do you know that fundings to schools are based on the NUMBER of PhDs residing in the school and not by the QUALITY of these PhDs?
