SINGAPORE : The Singapore government will not introduce measures to stimulate demand or prop up prices artificially in the property sector.
Speaking at an industry event on Wednesday, National Development Minister Mah Bow Tan said such efforts are not sustainable. "

Not going to help anyone. We are not charity.
Cut back on the building of these properties if you have to.

We'll just barricade up ours and wait for good times to come again before selling them at market prices.
