I was so inspired after the previous post... on the mass walk.
i decided to join one myself.
Make no mistake... Im not expecting myself to run the usual 4 1/2 hours race. During the last few times that i ran, i ease through ippt with gold. In other words, i was extremely fit.
As of 26 July 2009, i have attempted Ippt 2009 once and failed it. Im looking forward to therace walk!
