Perceptions are the truth

Not too long ago, i aspired to be a wedding photographer. But after going at it for about 6 months, i was so disheartened by the prevailing HalfFuck industry standard that i swore never to do another wedding.

Folks that was charging 2K was mostly pretenders and i was badly affected by it (i mean i was earning peanuts and the hours were looong loong loooooooooooong).

Once in a while, i still get calls to do weddings... but i tend to push them to acquaintances that i befriended with during my stint as a WPG and if i cant... i would just brush them off by tell them that i already have a booking.

So it was a little surprising that i took up an assignment readily recently. Best part is... its a Indian wedding. Well done, Mr HF part time WPG. I wanna see you get urself into trouble. Ha ha ha...

These are reasons why theres hope in the industry. Just that i wont stay around long enough to be part of it.
